1. Disassembly & assembly service
A lot of customers cannot afford new equipment due to cost constraints, so they pursue second-hand equipment from China in order to save costs. Most of second-hand equipment sellers can provide rough dismantling work, but they cannot guarantee the following installation and operation quality. So in order to solve the problems of these customers, Moran team rely on ten more years cold rolling experience to make sure professional disassembly & assembly services are provided to those customers.
►Disassembly: The difference from other disassembly services, our technicians will make full consideration of installation before disassembly: for example, how to disassemble the equipment for easier installation; How to disassemble equipment without affecting its normal operation; Minimize the disassembly damage rate of equipment; Develop the best disassembly scheme after comprehensive consideration.
►Installation: Disassembled equipment is easy to loose, so we will do reinforcement in the process of installation, to make the equipment more stable. During the installation process, we maintain quality monitoring of the equipment, and make suggestions for the replacement of vulnerable parts and aging critical components, so as to ensure the stability and durability of the equipment.
2. Domestic used equipment testing services
Compared with second-hand equipment from other countries, second-hand equipment from China has the characteristics of high quality and low price, so there are a lot of customers from Asia, middle East, Africa to look for excellent second-hand equipment in China. But after years of users, the quality and conditions of second-hand equipment can not be determined, so that make customers are difficult to determine whether the machine meets their requirements through pictures. In order to meet the needs of these customers, Moran team is now providing second-hand equipment testing services in China. According to the equipment information provided by the customer, we can carry out a comprehensive on-site inspection of the second-hand equipment, including electric control, hydraulic system, motor, fluid system and fuselage frame, etc. And then, we will provide a detailed test report and maintenance update plan for the equipment, so that the customer can obtain more parameters of the equipment and fully aware whether it can meet their requirements.
3. Periodic checks & equipment maintenance services
The long-term operation of the cold rolling device will lead to wear and aging of the components. Therefore, only regular testing and maintenance of the equipment can ensure the stability and durability of the equipment and maintain the best state of the equipment. If the problem is found and dealt with in time, it will not develop into a serious problem, which can avoid major failure, save repair costs and will not create downtime. However, many factory operators only know the operation process and do not understand equipment maintenance, which will inevitably lead to accelerated aging and damage of equipment. According to customer demand, we will provide 3, 5 and 10 years of regular testing and maintenance for customer's equipment production line. 4. Upgrade of equipment for improving output capacity and precision of finished products.
Some cold rolling steel manufacturers need to improve the accuracy or capacity of finished products according to customers' requirements, so they need to upgrade the original equipment to make it reach the requirements. For example, the thickness accuracy of the product can be upgraded from the original tolerance of 0.01 to 0.005, or the rolling force can be increased by changing the roll system, or the hydraulic mode can be changed, or the manual control can be changed to automatic control, or the production capacity can be increased and the cost can be saved by increasing the speed.
